How virtual rehab works
A genuine assessment — just delivered by video
No software to install, no waiting room, no referral. If you can make a video call, you can start real, registered rehab from wherever you are in Ontario.
The process
From booking to a plan in three steps
- Step 1
Book online
Pick a time that works — mornings, evenings or weekends. Free 15-minute consult available if you want to talk first. No referral required.
- Step 2
Video assessment
Meet your registered clinician on a secure, encrypted video call. They take a full history, watch you move, and measure range of motion and strength.
- Step 3
Your plan & follow-up
Leave with a personalized treatment plan and a guided exercise program you can do at home, plus scheduled follow-ups to progress it safely.
Can you really assess me on video?
With virtual care, your clinician can…
Telerehab isn't a watered-down phone call. It's a structured clinical assessment — here's exactly what it covers.
- Take a detailed history of your injury and goals
- Watch you move and assess posture, gait and mechanics
- Measure range of motion and test muscle strength on camera
- Diagnose and explain what's driving your pain
- Prescribe, demonstrate and correct your exercises in real time
- Progress your program each visit and coordinate your return to work
